At The Painted Essence, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece of art is made with care, passion, and attention to detail. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our artwork, we only accept returns in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, custom orders, or size/color preferences.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.
If your item is damaged or incorrect:

Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Brief description of the issue
Our team will review the case and respond within 48 hours.
If approved, we will provide instructions for the return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom-made or personalized artwork
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
